Print Imposition in Warminster, PA

Pages arranged on the press sheet so your finished piece reads in the right order.

Imposition is how pages are arranged on a press sheet so that, once printed, folded and trimmed, they end up in the correct order and orientation. It is why the first and last pages of a booklet are printed side by side on one sheet, and why some pages on a sheet appear upside down.

Proper imposition keeps multi-page jobs such as booklets, catalogs, programs and folded pieces correct from cover to cover. Our prepress team handles it as part of production, taking into account the finished size, the folding method and the margin needed for trimming.

You do not need to arrange pages yourself. Send your pages in reading order and tell us the finished size, page count and how the piece should be finished, such as folded, stitched or collated, and we will take care of the rest. You review a digital proof before printing. Imposition is part of our work for customers in Warminster, Doylestown and across Bucks and Montgomery County.
